The chalet la Marmotte is located along the river, far from the reception, you will be more quiet. The interior is very modern : location n°10

With a surface area of 35 m² which includes :

3 bedrooms – 1 bathroom – 6 people maximum (baby included) – No smoking

• 3 bedrooms 1 double bed 140×190 and 2 single beds 80×190 – 1 bunk bed 80×190 – duvets – pillows – blankets – undersheets – blackout curtains
• Bathroom with shower and washbasin – Separate WC – VMC
• Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob – microwave – coffee maker – fridge/freezer – electric oven
• Heating in all rooms
• Terrace of 10 m² with garden furniture, 2 deck chairs

It is forbidden to set up a tent on the plot of the accommodation.
Non-smoking accommodation
Animals are not allowed in this accommodation
Arrival between 4pm and 7pm – Departure between 8am and 10am

• You have the possibility of subscribing to an insurance policy when you book

• Visitor’s tax / night : 0,55€/ per person + 13 years old
• Eco-participation/ night : 0,20€/ day/ person + 13 years old
• Deposit: 500€ (400€ for damage and 100€ for cleaning)
• Reservation fee: 15€.
• Payment 30% at reservation, the balance is paid 1 month before your arrival.
• The rate includes water, electricity and gas.
• The number of people is strictly limited to the capacity of the accommodation.
• It is forbidden to smoke in the rented accommodation
• Civil liability is mandatory

• Our campsite isn’t equipped with an electric point for electric ou hybrid car . For security , it’s forbidden to connect to an electric point to recharge your car in the campsite . An electric point is situated 50 meters away and is self service
• The reservations from 3th july to 28th august included are from sunday to sunday. Outside this period, the arrival days are free.
