Reservation

How can I book several accommodations or pitches?
If you wish to book several accommodations or pitches, you will have to fill in one form per booking. If you wish to be side by side with your friends, for example, you just have to note it in the “comments” part of each booking form. Subject to availability, the campsite will meet your wishes.

How to book ?
You can book in three ways: Either online by clicking on “Availabilities, Rates” either by phone at 04-79-87-37-34(*) or by mail : you just have to print the reservation request that you will find on the website in the “Downloads” section, fill it in and send it back to us by mail only, accompanied by the 30% deposit. Reservation requests are processed in the order of their arrival at the campsite, provided that the file is complete (*), remember to bring your credit card, a deposit of 30% will be required.

How do I check availability or get a quote?
To check availability or get a quote, nothing could be easier! Go to our website, click on the button “check availability and reservation”.

Is cancellation insurance mandatory?
This is an optional extra.

Are holiday vouchers accepted?
Holiday vouchers are accepted by the campsite for the payment of your stay, but also for the deposit.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your stay in cash, by bank transfer, by credit card, by holiday cheque and by cheque.

When do we have to pay for our stay?
It is required that your stay is paid for 1 month before your arrival. A reminder is sent by e-mail so that if it has not been done, it is regularized.

Can I pay with vacaf vouchers?
We do not accept them as payment. We will complete your documents, and we can issue you with a certificate of stay. Our establishment has not been awarded the vacaf label.

Rentals

What can be found in the rentals?
All the necessary for the dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas cooker, but also all are equipped with a wooden terrace with garden furniture.

Are the rentals equipped with blankets?
Yes, duvets, blankets and pillows are always provided in the rentals. Disposable sheets and pillowcases are provided, but you have the possibility to rent traditional sheets (fabrics) at the time of your reservation: 7€/bed.

Which rental to choose if we are 2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby?
You are 5 people. A baby is considered a person, and a cot is not possible in a mobile home. That’s why we will offer you a chalet.

What are the possible arrival and departure times?
For rentals: In high season (July and August): Arrivals start from 4pm. Departures must be made before 10 am.
In low season: Arrivals can start from 2pm (if availability allows).
For the pitches: Arrivals can be made from 2pm if the pitch is free, and departures are made before noon. For late arrivals (after 8 p.m.), please contact the campsite on 04/79/87/37/34.

Should we rent from Saturday to Saturday?
You have the possibility to rent from 2 nights minimum except July and August.

What is a baby kit?
We offer: 1 cot, 1 high chair and 1 bathtub for the comfort of your baby. An option of 15€/stay is required and it is advisable to ask for it at the time of your reservation, as the number is limited.

Do you offer television rental?
Television is included in all our accommodations except in the mobile home Edelweiss.

Various

Are swim shorts allowed in the pool?
No, swimming shorts are not allowed in the pool; only briefs, boxer shorts, bikinis and one-piece swimsuits are allowed, as opposed to any other clothing.

What is our customer base like?
Our clientele is mainly composed of families with young children in July and August. The rest of the year it’s mostly couples.

Are barbecues allowed?
Barbecues are allowed on your pitch, we have a number of barbecues that we can lend you.

Are dogs allowed in our rentals ?
We do not accept any animals in any accommodation.

How far are you from the village?
600 meters from the village. You will find many shops: Carrefour, 3 bakeries, 1 delicatessen, 1 newspaper, 1 tobacco shop, 1 restaurant …

Is there a doctor?
In the centre of the village there is a medical practice open from Monday to Saturday morning. A pharmacy, a nursing center, physiotherapists, are also present in our village of Artemare. If it is more serious and requires more important care there is a hospital in Belley (16 km).

Do you have wifi?
Wifi is available throughout the campsite at a charge. Wifi is available on your pitch, you will have to buy a ticket at the reception to stay connected during your stay.

Can I be visited?
You may have friends or family visiting you. They must present themselves at the reception desk on their arrival; they will fill in a form and pay a visitor’s fee of 4€/day and per person. They are your responsibility. They must abide by the rules and regulations, and are not allowed to enter the pool. Their vehicle must remain outside, and the hours are 12:00 to 20:00.

Do you offer the possibility to rent refrigerators?
Yes, you have that option. The fee is 5€/day.

Is it possible to iron your clothes?
An ironing board and an iron are available on request at the reception. We can lend you a hairdryer, also available on request at the reception.

At what time can I leave the campsite at the earliest?
Traffic is allowed from 8am to 10pm. After these hours, traffic is forbidden in the campsite. Your departure will be at the opening of the gate at 8am. If you wish to leave earlier, your vehicle will be parked outside the campsite.

I have an electric car, how do I recharge it?
You have the possibility of recharging the battery of your car in Belley (15km), 2 electric terminals are at your disposal – 5€, this electric recharging station is accessible 24h/24
