Le Vaugrais campsite is located at the gateway to the Savoies, at the foot of the Colombier pass (1534m), about 10 km from the Lac du Bourget, 40 minutes from Chambéry, and 1 hour from Lyon and Geneva. This territory is located between two ranges of the Jura Massif: The Planachat to the west and the Colombier to the east, bordering the Savoie and close to the Isère.

We are 800m walking distance from the heart of the village where you will find many shops.

Camping on the river

Our campsite at the gateway to the Savoie region is bordered by the river ‘Le Séran’, which will provide you with coolness and shade in summer. The activity canyoning is possible on the Groin river (a few minutes from the campsite). The waterfall of Cerveyrieu, the numerous castles, the wash houses, the restored bread ovens, make the charm of this village.
