How to book several pitches or rentals?
If you wish to book pitches or rentals, you will have to fill out one form per booking. If you want to be side by side with your friends, for instance, you just have to mention it in the "Comments" section of each booking form. We will meet your wishes according to availability.
How to book?
You can book in three different ways: Either online by clicking on "Availability, Rates" Or by phone at +33 (0)4-79-87-37-34(*) Or by mail by simply printing the booking request form that can be found on the website under "Downloads", filling it and returning it by mail only, together with a 30% deposit. Booking requests are processed in order of arrival at the campsite, provided that the form is complete. (*) Please have your credit card ready, a deposit of 30% will be required.
Can I choose my pitch number?
You can mention your preferences in the "comments" section of your booking form. According to availability, we will assign you the pitch that best suits your needs.
How to check availability or get a quote?
To check availability or get a quote is very easy! Just visit our website, click on "check availability and booking".
Is cancellation insurance compulsory?
No, this is an extra option.
Are holiday vouchers accepted?
Holiday vouchers are accepted by the camping for the balance payment of your stay, as well as for the deposit.
What method of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your stay in cash, by credit card, check and holiday vouchers.
When should we pay the balance for our stay?
The balance is requested to be paid one month before your arrival. A reminder e-mail will be sent in case of unpaid balance.
Can I pay with vacaf vouchers?
We do not accept them as payment. We complete your documents, and we can establish a certificate of residence. Our establishment is not labelled “vacaf”.
What can we find in the rentals?
Complete crockery and cutlery, a fridge, a microwave, a stove, and all rentals are equipped with a wooden terrace with outdoor furniture.
Are rentals equipped with blankets?
Yes, duvets, blankets and pillows are always provided in rentals. Sheets and pillowcasesdisposables are too in the mobil homes , but you can hire traditional sheets ans pillowcases at the time of booking: € 10 / person.
Which rental to choose if we are 2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby?
You are 5 people. A baby is considered a person, and the cot is not possible in a mobile home. Therefore, we would recommend the cottage.
What are the hours of arrival and departure?
For rentals: In high season (July and August): arrivals start at 16:00. Check-out is before 10:00.
In low season: arrivals may start from 11:00 (according to availability).
For pitches: Arrivals can be done from 11:00 if the pitch is free, and check-out is before noon. For late arrival (after 20:00), please inform the camping at +33 (0)4/79/87/37/34.
Do we have to rent on a Saturday?
It is not mandatory to rent from Saturday to Saturday except in July and August. You also have the possibility to rent for a night. Arrival and departure days are left at your convenience.
What is a baby kit?
We offer: 1 cot, 1 highchair and 1 bath for your baby's comfort. An extra € 15 / stay is required and we advise you to ask at the time of your booking as numbers are limited.
Is TV available as an extra?
Yes, it is possible to rent a TV for your room based on availability: € 5 / night.
Are swim shorts allowed in the pool?
No, swim shorts are not allowed in the pool; only the following are permitted: trunks, boxers, bikini and swimsuits, as opposed to any other garment.
What does your clientele consist of?
Our clientele mainly comprises families with young children in July and August. The rest of the year, it is mainly couples.
Are barbecues allowed?
Barbecues are allowed on your pitch, we have a number of barbecues to lend.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed on pitches and rentals (maximum 2). They must be up-to-date with their vaccination (record will be requested upon your arrival) and be leashed in the campsite. Dogs of first and second class are not allowed.
How far are you from the village?
600 meters from the village. You will find many shops: Carrefour, 3 bakeries, 1 pork butchery, 1 bookshop, 1 tobacco shop, 1 gastronomic restaurant...
Is there a doctor?
In the village centre, a medical practice is open from Monday to Saturday morning. Pharmacy, nursing centre, physiotherapist are also present in our village of Artemare. For serious cases requiring more extensive care, there is a hospital in Belley (16 km).
Do you have wifi?
Wifi is free and is possible up to 50 meters around the reception. Our Nodoo operator remains at your disposal during your stay, should you encounter difficulties.You have wifi in your pitch , so at the reception you buy a ticket.
Can people visit me?
It is possible that friends or family come and see you. They must report to the reception upon arrival, they are your responsibility and must pay a visitor fee of € 4 / day. They must comply with the rules of procedure, and they cannot go into the pool.
Can we rent fridges?
Yes, you have that option. The price is € 5 / day.
Is it possible to iron our clothes?
Ironing board and an iron are available to you on request at the reception, as well as a hairdryer.
What time can we leave the campsite at the earliest?
Traffic is allowed from 8:00 to 22:00. Beyond these hours, traffic is prohibited in the campsite. You will be able to leave when the gate opens at 8:00. If you want to leave earlier, your vehicle will have to be parked outside the campsite.
