Thanks to the A40 highway, Chamonix is 2 hours away.

From the centre of Chamonix, the Aiguille du Midi cable-car takes you to the gates of the White valley at 3842 m.

You will discover the Mer de Glace at 1913 m thanks to the cog railway "Le Montenvers". It takes you to the foot of the Mer de Glace. A wonderful panorama unfolds before you: The Drus, The Grandes Jorasses and the Mer de Glace. It is the largest glacier in France with 7 km long, 40 km² area and 200 m thick.
